L-3 Communications, TCS, Inc. (L-3 TCS) is a high-end aircraft and avionics systems engineering and logistics firm focused on the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community, including Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). With more than 19 years of successful, direct experience, L-3 TCS designs, develops, integrates, tests, modifies, and provides documentation for every aspect of aircraft (rotary and fixed wing) and avionics hardware and software systems in order to address the mission critical needs of the U.S. military’s SOF and conventional forces. L-3 TCS was founded in 1988 as TCS Design and Management Services, Inc and became a part of the L-3 Communications organization in 2006.
